Orders are dispatched from the UK on working days. Standard UK delivery is £4.95, and free on orders over £75.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

UK standard delivery: 2–4 working days. Europe: 4–7 working days. Rest of world: 7–14 working days.

This site is a pre-launch preview, so timings are indicative until production is confirmed.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

For hygiene reasons, brush heads cannot be returned once removed from their sealed sleeve. Handles remain returnable if unused.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photograph and your order reference and we will replace it.
